Morning Mr. Chan,

The only cash transaction between buyer and seller of HDB unit is the Option and Exercise Fee. The rest of the monies are handled by either side acting lawyers and HDB. Hence you will not get any cheque for the buyer at the HDB completion. You will receive it from HDB instead.
