Hi,
(1) Non-SC family scheme can only purchase resale.
(2) Grant only provided for SC/SC & SC/SPR family. Thus Non-SC family does not enjoy any grant.
(3) This is a tough question, can only be say, cannot be written. Technically, if this was decarled during application of LTVP, then it must be disposed off within 6 months upon key collection.
