For discharged bankrupt with debts fully paid up, is it still possible to take home loan, will the bank approval rate be very low even though the bad record was more than 3 years ago?
My annual salary is more than $150k, CPF in OA is $400k, I am looking to invest in private property but I am not sure if I am still being blacklisted. Do I need to get a lawyer to look into this?

Good morning,

If you have being cleared from bankruptcy and managed to maintain a clear credit record for 3 years, banks are likely to reassess your loan application accordingly.

Do feel free to contact me for detail discussion.
