For contra cases, should i sell my 4-room flat first before buying a 5-room flat? In view of the new measures by HDB, there seems to be a slow down in the resale market where buyers are all adopting a wait and see attitude. As such i worries that if i pay a deposit for a 5-rm flat before selling my 4-rm flat, i run the risk of failing to sell my 4-room flat and run into financial issues.
