Hi,

1) The grants provided is not part of funds from your CPF. Thus, this is not counted towards the CPF usage limit.
2) It is a financial assisstance from the government to encourage citizens to consider a resale flat instead of just queuing for BTO/SBF.
3) But, unless you really out of wits that you have to buy a flat that remaining lease + the youngest age of the applicant less than 95. You really should think twice before dashing in.
