1) Real Estate agents are not allowed to apply to utilize funds in the client's CPF account.
2) Currently only the authorities such as IRAS and HDB are able to apply for such facilities.
3) Private sector such as financial institutes and law firms is also able to apply for such facilities.
4) Therefore you have to pay for the agent's service using cash only.
