1) Anyone can be your POA and not necessarily be a lawyer.
2) You can do the POA when you are in Singapore by engaging a lawyer to do it.
3) If you are already overseas, then you will need to engage a local lawyer and sign it in the presence of either a Singapore Consulate Officer or a Notary Public.

5) This POA will be able to select units on your behalf.
