Are both of you married SPR couple? And SPR for at least 3 years individually?
Do take note that one of you need to be Singaporean in order to be eligible for HDB loan, if not you have to apply for bank loan.
If you guys are eligible for max 75% bank loan, your initial outlay will be such:
- 5% cash downpayment
- 20% cash/ cpf downpayment
- 5% additional buyer's stamp duty as SPR
- 3 to 4% buyer's stamp duty
- legal fee $2000 +/-
- mortgage's stamp duty $500
- agent's service fee (1% of purchase price plus GST)
- valuation fee $120
- resale application fee $80
