first hse bought under bto scheme .
if i were to purchase a hdb resale flat near my parents hse,will i be able to get the stay near parents housing grant of 40K ?

Hi June,

I am afraid no. The CPF Housing Grant is applicable only for the first HDB flat.

You are entitled to 2 subsidised housing in your lifetime. Since your first is a BTO, your second will have be another BTO, EC, or DBSS.

Evening June,

HDB housing grant is for those first time HDB buyers who have never enjoyed any subsidized units before. Purchased of BTO is considered as subsidized unit hence you are no longer eligible for grant. You are however still eligible for second HDB loan.
