2. In September 09, TOP for Ferraria Park
3. Cash available about SGD150K
4. Monthly having SGD6K spares to roll for use
Question:
1. To have another new property investment in district 15 (seaview), what to recommend?
2. If not for residential, which property to invest for with the cash I have?
3. Would it be ideal if i sell both the property and buy a landed property now?
