Existing Prop loan tenure is 40 years, if refinance, will remain same tenure or reduced to 30 years? I prefer 40 years tenure.

Can cash out after refinance? My prop loan 560k, i wish to refinance my loan to 700k. Can i cash out 140k?

Any fees or charges?

Hi, yes it may be a good idea to refinance as interest rates would likely to rise in the coming years. Why don't I get my banker to get in touch with you?
