Resale HDB:
1) Eligibility to buy resale HDB is all stated on the HDB website:
https://www.hdb.gov.sg/cs/infoweb/residential/buying-a-flat/resale/eligibility
2) There is various type of schemes that catered for SC and PR. You may check which one fits into your situation to determine whether you are eligible for the purchase.
3) You may also send me your current profile such as residential status, number of applicants, age, etc so as for me to advise further.
Resale EC:
4) As long as you are an SC or SPR, you are eligible to purchase a resale EC.
5) As an SC or SPR, resale EC is just like a private residential, there are no age restrictions, and no specific family combination needed for the purchase.
6) You can buy it as single below 35 yrs old, with siblings, etc.
7) There is also no MOP needed to observe after the purchase.
