Does this new dual ownership rule apply to overseas properties as well? In other words, can I buy a resale HDB flat and overseas property?

at this moment the CBS have no record of overseas properties and credit info..
take note that if you have pte property and intend to buy hdb.. u must sell the pte unit within 6 mths
