do we get to keep all the profit from the sale of my HDB flat?

Afternoon Kelvin,
Profit from sales of unit is computed as selling price - outstanding loan - CPF utilized - accrued CPF interest - arrears owe and lift upgrading cost (if any),
If it's positive sales, seller get to keep the money, if they are not buying another HDB using HDB loan.
