Do we get the bank loan amount for buying a HDB flat in cash/cheque/credited to our account or CPF?

Morning Yati,
The only amount of physical cash transaction between the buyer and seller will be the OTP deposit of not more than $5k. The rest of the monies involve will be via cashier order, through either HDB or private lawyers. CPF and mortgage loan will be dealt with directly by the banks and lawyers too.
