Hi Saswati Patra

You may not need to pay a commission if you do it yourself.

If however, you are unable to manage with any of the appended challenges, it would be wise to engage an agent to help you.

1) Are you familiar with the HDB policy?
2) Have you worked out a budget and expenses in buying an HDB flat?
3) Are you familiar with the proper documentation if the seller needs to do contra?
4) How long is the transaction process?
5) How do I know that I am dealing with the owner or tenant?

These are some of the challenges you may have to manage yourself if you do it yourself.

You may want to call or text 9620 0827 for further questions.
