Hi Andy, the basic thing to do before the unit is handed over to the tenant will be the curtain being dry clean, air con being serviced and the whole place being cleaned up. The landlord will bear for all this cost. And when the unit is being handed back to you during the end of the lease, the tenant must do likewise. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any merchant contact for the dry cleaning of curtain as well as the air con servicing.
