Hi Nimat,
Oh you do not have to have HFE to apply new EC, I can assist you with the e-App on this. May I know which EC you are looking at? No commission is required from buyer as developer will pay us a service fee. I have assisted various clients to do the same and help them successfully secure a new EC. HFE is only required for BTOs and resale HDB flats. There is no need for HFE when buying a new EC. However, for EC, the loan requirement is more stringent and therefore it is prudent to do up a financial plan before you proceed.
