Do I apply for S&P utilities on completion day or before that?

Hi, you can open an account first and put the starting date as the completion date if possible .

Good morning,
You should open utilities account at least 1.5 to 2 weeks prior to completion date and set it as the activation date.
If sellers terminate the services, you wont have any electricity and water on completion.
