Diy hdb buyer unable to find seller to deliver the option to seal the otp. Seller did not sign authorization to his agent to take the option fee and seller agent says seller busy with work and unable to fix appt to meet to take option fee.

What can buyer do in this case to deliver the option fee to seal this hdb deal?

Hi, you can try your luck to make a trip to the seller's place provided that they are still staying there, and to inform the seller of your keen interest.
