Disposed off hdb 2 years ago negative sale with full cpf refund, transfer half to top up parent retirement account. Took up 2nd hdb concessionary loan, face problem of not having sufficient full cpf refund. Now at last stage of hdb completion and officer highlighted this issue. Anyone came across 2nd loan not meeting the full cpf refund requirement?
