For SPR/SPR family nucleus, we will need both SPRs to have at least more than 3 years of SPR in Singapore to be eligible for a HDB resale flat.
SPR buyers are also not eligible for HDB loan, they can only take a Bank loan.
SPR/SPR buyers will also be liable for a 5% ABSD upon their first property purchase.
Lastly, they are also not allowed to keep their HDB flat should they purchase a private property in the future.
