Despite the Government had implemented cooling measures to curb private condos skyrocking prices, I find the current market prices are still unbelievable high.

May I have your opinion, if I should wait for the next recession to come, then purchase my ideal 3-bedroom condo for my own stay within my budget of $500k.

By the way, for private condo, please advise for 3-bedroom unit, does it mean there are 2-bedrooms in the unit. It is the same as in HDB flats?

Afternoon KT,

With the current market, it's impossible to get a 3 bedroom condo with $500k, not even for new launch.
You would need at $800k or more, to get a 3 bedroom condo.
During the recent downturn, property price didn't drop much either.
Hence I would advice you to rework your strategy, so as to achieve your plans.
Btw, 3 bedroom condo means that it have 3 bedrooms, unlike HDB units.
