Hi Jo,

Est valuation for a 5 rm at blk 658 jalan tenga should be around 550K region.

Blk 658 no current/recent transaction info available. Across the street blk 648 v high floor sold at 612k in feb 2013. January same blk 648 low floor sold at 520k valuation plus 40k cov.

The new mortgage service ratio and the new stamp duty rates have hit buyers hard.

If u intend to sell, pls give me a text. I charge a friendly 1% commission for exclusive selling rights of your property.
