Thank you for several responses to my earlier question on whether a power station located next to the landed house has any negative impact on the house, like

Will the power station located next to the landed house affect:-

1) Value
2) Saleability
3) Health of the occupants
4) any other negative aspects

some buyers are particular and sensitive to 'magnetic electrical power' and will use this 'negative point' to bring down the price..
