Dear Sir/ Madam, Hi! I have an inquiry regarding HDB housing purchase. I am a Malaysian, and I have a Singaporean girl friend. Just wondering if I can put our name under BTO for new HDB? We are going for ROM end of this year. By the time I apply for PR after the ROM, then only I show the government our certificate would it be fine? What do you suggest? We are looking for 3 to 4 rooms flat with the budget of 300 to 400k. Look forward for your reply soon.

With regards to your question on the purchase of BTO, I would suggest that you could call HDB directly to enquire or to drop an email to them.
