Dear Sir/ Madam,

Currently I plan to get a resale hdb flat with my sister under siblings PR. Understand that under siblings PR, both of us should be married. However, sister just got married recently (her husband resides in Malaysia and does not have PR nor have the intention to live or work in Singapore). Is it still possible for myself and sis to get a resale flat under this siblings PR scheme?
