Depending on how many bedrooms your unit configuration is at the moment, but it should not fall under $2800 given the location, unless conditions of your unit is bad. I have closed quite a number of rental cases lately and realised that most cases are transacted at below what rental can potentially fetch when compared to last year. Your unit is in an estate where supply is rare therefore if you have better plans for the funds to be used, perhaps you may even consider selling it and diverting the funds into something which potentially can give you better returns.
