Hi manoj, to purchase a private apartment in Singapore, if you need to take loan, first you must do a assessment with a banker. The banker will qualify and assist you the loan amount. I have a few good banker to recommend to you.

In taking up a loan from any banks, you will need to proof your credit records and justify that you have the ability to make payments back to the bank for the loan taken up, otherwise no banks will allow you to take up a loan. I have heard of cases where foreigners who are based overseas successfully purchase Singapore properties with financing in Singapore, but it is the best to get in touch with a local banker here in Singapore, preferably with international facilities to seek options available best suited for you perhaps.
