I am a foreigner (french) moving to Bali within 2 months. Wish to buy a house in Ubud, for commercial purposes (rental purposes, the house has business licence authorizations with a leasehold status).
Wish to know if there is any possibility to get a mortgage loan from any bank in Singapore (or elsewhere), since mortgage loan doesn't exist in Indonesia. (Mortgage loan here meaning : "A loan secured by real property through the use of a mortgage note which evidences the existence of the loan and the encumbrance of that realty through the granting of a mortgage which secures the loan.
