Dear Property Gurus!

Question 2:

My family has 2 young kids and we stay in 4 room flat. Hence we currently have 4 under the occupancy. My HDB is still under the MOP status. We rented out 1 room to 1 tenant. My wife got pregnant and during pregnancy, rented out to another tenant in the SAME room. The other tenant brought in another tenant to help share cost.

Are we allowed to keep both tenants when the child is born?
