Dear Property Guru,

I am a Singapore Permanent resident of 4 yearss, 33years of age and have savings of SGD$20,000. I earn a gross salary of $5000 a month. May I know what options are possible to own either a HDB or Condo?

Are you married? If so, is your spouse a Singapore or SPR who has attained SPR for more than 3 years?

If none of the above, you can only consider purchasing a private property.

Do also advise on your CPF-OA funds in order to get a more detailed financial breakdown for your purchase.
