Dear Property Agent,

I am a single PR, looking for a new/resale condo or resale EC unit with criteria as follow:
- Max Budget $800K
- Any strategic location (with evidence)
- 1 - 3 rooms
- More than $80K below market rate (please provide evidence)

Hi I have a 1 bedroom + study with area of 614 sqft. It is a new condo called The Minton at Hougang area which will be TOP in Nov next month. Seller is urgently looking for a buyer and willing to let go at 800k and still negotiable. You are single PR , so better to think about 5-10 years TOP condo as its cheaper . And , EC attain condo status at 10 years so that you can nJoy the prize jump Read More
