Dear gurus,after selling off my current HDB flat and returning back the amount to my CPF account with accrued interest,

1)can i still use all the CPF monies to downpay for my new resale flat?

2)Aside from paying COV,do i need to pay minimum 5% cash for downpayment or can i use CPF monies to downpay the first 20%(assumning my CPF is enough)?
