As you are married, you will need to include her in the application. She has to sell her private property within 6 months of the purchase of the HDB resale.

You might be eligible to purchase a HDB resale of any size but have to include your husband either as a co-owner or an occupier and your mom as occupier.(Foreigners are not allowed to be listed as owner). In case of your husband, he needs to dispose off his private property either before the purchase of the resale flat or within 6 months after the purchase date of the resale. As you're married, you can only purchase under the Public Scheme. Which means your Husband must be included either as a co-owner or an essential occupier. This means that he will have to dispose off his interests in all private residential properties latest within 6 months upon your HDB purchase
