Dear Guru's & Professional,

In 2012, i have sold my 5 room flat in the open market due to my credits settlement.
As i am not eligible to apply for HDB loan, i have to apply for bank loan.

Until now, i have tried twice since last year and this year to apply a bank loan but was rejected due to my last year credit history.
Can anyone help me what should i do now?
I am married with four children and my wife is working with low income. We currently renting a 3room flat for $1900/mth.

Please advice.
