Dear gurus, Prefer no need to telephone or email. How much financing can I get if I am SC working overseas? My monthly is 10k and I have $90k cpf, $100k cash & no debt obligations. I wish to purchase either freehold condo in Pasir Ris or cluster housing but fear will not have enough cpf/cash for the 20% deposit.

Good morning!

With the amount you have provided, you probably can only afford a $830k property if you take 20% downpayment and estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty into consideration.

To gauge how much can you loan, it will be best to speak to my banker so he can advise you on it (due to TDSR etc).
