Dear Gurus... My partner and I is plaaning to get married in 2 or 3 years time. We decided that we should apply for a flat now and it will be done by then. As young couples, we do not know much. I have some questions:

1) we do not really understand the difference between BTO flats and EC?

2) is EC similar as BTO in the way that we will reserve and wait for it to build??

3) will there be any upcoming EC or BTO coming up in the east side or central??

Hope you guys can help with my questions... Thanks in advance

Hi Rainie,

Most new EC comes with built in wardrobes and cabinets, done up bedrooms and bathrooms; more or less move in condition.it also comes with full condo facilities.

both require a wait and there are SEVERAL ECs coming up in the central and east area!
