Dear Gurus, me and hubby had just sold off our current place and bought a new resale flat. But due to some family matters, we are on the verge of getting divorce. What i need to know is, is it possible for us to sell off our new place within that priod of 5 years?

Evening Shalisa,

For divorce case under civil or syariah court, based on situation, have different procedure and process. This might take time before you can get the final court order unless it's direct adultery. With the court order, you can write into HDB and appeal for your sales. If it's approved, you will be able to sell it in open market, else HDB will purchase it back from you.
