Dear Gurus, I've already gotten an in-principal-approval of 80% out of 800K which means 640k. Im interested in a property of about 700k. My questions is:
1) Is it safe for me to commit to purchase a 700k property?
2) What are the chances that the Letter of Offer not approved/rejected after I got my IPA?
3) What happens to the 1% cash (7K) that I've exercised for the OTP if the LO not approved/rejected?
