Dear Gurus, it is stated on the HDB website that my family nucleus must comprise at least another Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident in order to be eligible to buy a flat.

Will I be eligible to buy a HDB flat IF:

Husband(me) is SINGAPOREAN.
Wife is foreigner (no PR yet).

Our baby (due in a few months) (whom is born in SINGAPORE, of my descent and of course will be registered as a SINGAPOREAN.
