Good afternoon upgrader, First, you have to calculate how much sales proceeds can you obtain from current unit sale (estimated sale price minus off CPF utilized plus accrued interest and outstanding loan). And check with bank on your in principle approval on your financial ability to purchase a HDB/ EC if not HLE for HDB. But doing all these, you should have a rough idea how much budget both of you have.
