Hi,

Yes you can apply HLE before 35, but can only sign on the OTP on or after turning 35. They take gross income before cpf contributions, and only items of a recurring nature will be included into monthly income computation. Thanks and hope to assist with your purchase further.

Do note that HLE will only be valid for 6 months upon approval and you can only purchase a HDB after you turn 35. Therefore, you will need to time the application with your birth date.
