In my opinion, buying a 5 room in Punggol would be a better choice as I feel the growth potential of Punggol is greater as there are development plans to develop Punggol into a creative cluster with learning institutions.
With these development plans, there is a greater potential of price appreciation and stable pool of tenants in the future.
