EA in Sengkang have a bigger sizing hence the PSF is lower compared to that of 5 room flat in Punggol. However, based on infrastructure and growth potential, getting something that's close to good amenities will allow you to fetch a better pricing in the future.

Hi Sir/Mdm,

In my opinion, buying a 5 room in Punggol would be a better choice as I feel the growth potential of Punggol is greater as there are development plans to develop Punggol into a creative cluster with learning institutions.

With these development plans, there is a greater potential of price appreciation and stable pool of tenants in the future.
