Dear Gurus,
I just received the final judgement on my divorce. There is joint custody but care and control is given to my ex-spouse. Kids are aged 7 and 11 respectively.
My question is whether i can still buy a BTO/SBF?
The matrimonial flat was a resale flat.
Do i need my ex-spouse consent to purchase a BTO/SBF or is there any time line to adhere before i can apply BTO/SBF?
As the matrimonial flat was our first resale flat 12 years ago, i cannot remember if we took any housing grant but likelihood no.
Appreciate kind advice.
Thank you.
