Dear Gurus,
I just passed my RES and join a property firm, my mentor will pass me leads and i will do all the viewing alone with clients until the final stage, my mentor will come and help with the paper work.
He will make me sign a agreement form to give him 50% of my com. Can gurus please advise is this the market practice? If yes, why is this not mention to me when i join.
