Dear Gurus,
I have started renovation work from my HDB flat, It looks like I have been cheated by my contractor here as he is one who is the sub-contractor and my hdb approval for renovation has come from the main contractor also I have signed the contract with the sub-contractor (which is BCA listed company and not HDB registered), It’s been almost 2 months they are doing renovation at my place but it’s still not done and there are no positive signs to get it completed any soon. We are tired of telling him also my family is badly impacted by this…
What should I do in this case, would complaining HDB help me in this case or should l get a new contractor to complete my pending work? Please Assist.
