Dear Gurus, I have a HDB flat fully paid with mine and my Mom's name. When I got married my wife moved in. Now I already have 2 kids 8 and 4. Now we want to get a new place but my mom is not willing to sell the house. What are my options? My wife's CPF is un touch. We are interested in Bukit Merah area. Please advice...

Afternoon Michael,

You can either ask your mother to buy over your share when you transfer your share under her name or give your share to your mother as gift. Otherwise, check with her what's her concern and come to an agreement else there's no way you can proceed.
