Dear gurus, I have a 3 bed rm unit at Wharf Residence (still under construction). LTA announced downtown line 3 stations and there is going to be a River Valley mrt station.
According to the papers it will be opposite Liang Court; 500m away from Wharf.
Asking gurus (with this announcement) 1) what should I be expecting in terms of bank valuation? appreciation 10-20%?
2) what realistic asking price should I be quoting if i want to sell the unit now? (given current mkt)
