Dear Gurus,

I am recently married. We have not bought our HDB flat. My wife recently sold her HDB which she bought with her widowed Mum (occupant). Can my wife now buys resale HDB flat with her widowed Mum instead of with the husband?

Dear S.G.,

Under the Public Scheme, your wife is allow to buy a re-sale flat either with you or with her mum or both.

    Dear Titan,
    thanks, just to confirm, so my wife can choose to buy a resale HDB with her mum (ie. one is the owner, one is occupier). And as such, I am not a party to the transaction?
